The blog entry I wrote on this was pretty detailed of all the various things my friend and I got to see when we were there. I’ll refer you to the link below for the details, but like the other posts I figure you’d enjoy seeing all the pictures from the event. There were a few pictures I had to remove because current algorithms will freak out if you show certain things of a historical nature.

I’d gone up Mount Bonnell a few times before, and on a whim I decided to visit it again. Probably I just wanted some good landscape pictures, as it was a nice day. One thing I did notice was the monument was now protected in a cage, as it hadn’t been like that on previous visits. And I also decided to put up some pictures of the bluebonnets wildflowers. You could see how much Stoop loved hanging out in those.
