LBJ Ranch (Johnson City, Texas) – March 2003

I originally posted some of these pictures with a travel blog write-up (and the link to the original was below).  I decided I wanted to share all the pictures I took of a particular area of point of interest, so some of these you will have seen before if you’ve been following this blog for a bit.

The link below gives more of the details, so I’m not going to rehash them here.  Again, this portion of the trip was suggested by Earl, as he was a big fan of LBJ.  Whatever you thought of his politics, it was still a great opportunity to see a historical site.

InnerSpace Caverns (Georgetown, Texas) – March 2003

I originally posted some of these pictures with a travel blog write-up (and the link to the original was below).  I decided I wanted to share all the pictures I took of a particular area of point of interest, so some of these you will have seen before if you’ve been following this blog for a bit.

The link below gives more of the details, so I’m not going to rehash them here.  I freely admit that my film camera didn’t have the normal 400 speed film in it like I normally used, so the pictures didn’t come out as well as they could’ve.  And this was the age before digital cameras, so you didn’t know how well your pictures came out until they were developed.  But this was the first of my four visits to InnerSpace that I did during the twenty years I lived in the area.

Downtown San Antonio (San Antonio, Texas) – March 2003

I originally posted some of these pictures with a travel blog write-up (and the link to the original was below).  I decided I wanted to share all the pictures I took of a particular area of point of interest, so some of these you will have seen before if you’ve been following this blog for a bit.

The link below gives more of the details, so I’m not going to rehash them here.  But suffice to say here’s what happens when a group of Yankees decide to explore a southern city.  This had only been my second time to San Antonio, so I was still learning my way around the area.  Still, you could tell by the pictures we had a lot of goof fun.
