When you’re visiting a tropical island, always make sure you spend some time walking on the beach. I did that every morning I was here before breakfast. That way I got to watch the sun come up and see beautiful sky before other visitors had come out. Passing my resort, and the one next door, I also got to meet a friendly dog.

Shoy’s Beach had been a place recommended for me to hunt down on the north side of the island, so exploring a new place was fine. On the way there, I’d seen a sign for ice cream at an establishment, and I knew I’d have to backtrack there to get some. But the adventure of me accidently trespassing on private property, and then the discovery of the Pickled Greek was well-detailed in the blog entry (so no need to repeat them here).
