This is technically part of the Brushy Creek Trail that I visited as part of the Georgetown Running Club’s 2020 Summer Tour. I was meeting a friend for this walk, thus there weren’t as many pictures as morning, because it was more important to interact with them than snap photos. While I was waiting I did note in the area near car park was a fenced off section with some graves. The people buried here were of the Champion family which originally owned the land, thus what the park was named after. And since it was a Texas historical place, thus why the flag was there. The wind was blowing, and it calmed down as I tried to get a selfie of me with it. The rest of the pictures are of the trails on the far side of the bridge, many of which I’d already traveled on before (but were new for my friend).
