Brushy Creek Trail and Texas Military Forces Museum at Camp Mabry (Cedar Park and Austin, TX) -- October and December 2017

Here's another double-header entry.  First up are some great pictures from the Brushy Creek Trail.  This is a place I've walked so many times, I never really thought about taking pictures of it.  Perhaps I was just taking it for granted that it was there.  The first picture is the gorge near the Twin Lakes YMCA Camp just off of Old 183 in Cedar Park (which is one of the trail entrances for Brushy Creek).  The remainder of the pictures are just random places along the trail.  These were taken in October.

The next section was from December 2017 where I had some extra time so I went back down to the Texas Military Forces Museum at Camp Mabry.  I'd previously been there, so there wasn't a lot of extensive picture taking this time around.  The Thunderjet was interesting, and the Luger collection was nice, but the real gem was an actual piece of the Berlin Wall.  I didn't know a piece had ended up here.  The Texas Military Forces Museum focusing on actions of Texas soldiers in all conflicts, and is free to visit.
