As it was noted in the original blog article, the Pember was a place I visited a lot as a kid whether on school trips or with Scouts. This was a private collection of animals (stuffed) which gave you an idea of various types of wildlife. Yeah, the exhibits may have been obtained by “questionable means,” but whatever the origin it gave us a chance to continue to enjoy these and learn.
